One of Ireland's real jewels, Bundoran point offers fast and hollow lefts and rights over a rocky reef point. It works best on a low to mid rising tide, and the best seasons are late summer and early fall, when the north Atlantic starts to come alive and the water is still relatively warm (mid-50s to low 60s). Crowds can be an issue, but be patient and you'll get your share. Make a few new friends at the local pub and you might even score some empty waves to yourself. Enjoy!
